Converting centuries into hours and minutes

The number to the left of the decimal point is the integer part, which in this example is 880,106. This number can be taken unchanged and corresponds to the final result of 880,106 hours [h]. The number to the right of the decimal point must still be converted to minutes [min] by multiplying it by 60. So 0.4 * 60 equals 24 minutes [min]. In total, 1.004 centuries [cent.] correspond to 880,106 hours [h] and 24 minutes [min].

Converting hours and minutes to centuries

To convert hours [h] and minutes [min] to centuries [cent.] multiply the hours [h] by 60 and add them to the minutes [min]. The result of this calculation must then be divided by (1,440 * 36,525).
