The number to the right of the decimal point must still be converted to seconds [s] by multiplying it by 60. 0.2333° * 60 equals 14 seconds [s]. A total of 74,000,000,000 nanoseconds [ns] therefore corresponds to 1 minute [min] and 14 seconds [s].

Converting minutes and seconds into nanoseconds

To convert minutes [min] and seconds [s] into nanoseconds [ns] first multiply the value in minutes [min] by 60 and then add the value in seconds [s] to it. The result of this calculation must then be multiplied by 10⁹.
