Converting days & hours to hours & minutes

To convert days & hours to hours & minutes, a similar procedure is required as in the previous example. In the first step, days & hours are converted to decimal hours. To do this, multiply the value in days [d] by 24 and add the number of hours [h]. For example, 1 day [d] and 3.5 hours [h] result in (1 day * 24 + 3.5 hours) = 27.5 decimal hours.
